Welcome to BirthSync, a product of Your Ecomm Strategist, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using BirthSync (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

BirthSync is a practice-management and collaborative-care platform built for perinatal and maternal-health professionals. The Service includes optional third-party integrations, such as Google Calendar via OAuth, to help streamline scheduling, documentation, and client management.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us immediately at [email protected].
When you connect your Google or Outlook account, you grant BirthSync permission to access and manage your calendar data through Google’s secure OAuth system.
We only request permissions necessary to sync events, check availability, and update bookings.
We do not sell, share, or use your Google data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
All content, code, and designs in the BirthSync platform remain the property of Your Ecomm Strategist, LLC. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and client data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing [email protected].
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind regarding reliability, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your Ecomm Strategist, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept those changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
